Anthony Joshua will face Jake Paul in an eight-bout contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua declared he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "defeat" his opponent as the combatants met personally to publicize next month's boxing match.
Former two time world title holder Anthony Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge uneven pairing - at Miami venue on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I plan to break his face and break his body up. I'm here to prove I'm superior," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I intend to genuinely try to hurt him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Joshua and social media star Paul - typically recognized for his theatrics - shared friendly words and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua's opponent the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "not serious" after Ngannou declined a fight offer.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a million-pound wager 'The Gypsy King' states he will put on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is superior to Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I give him credit for that."
Serious Opponent
Despite stating he plans to hurt Jake Paul, Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's pugilistic talent.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or past-their-prime fighters since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Tommy Fury in 2023.
Commercial Success
However, the relative newcomer continues to be one of the sport's greatest financial successes, regularly earning substantial earnings.
Forecast and Belief
The 28-year-old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would derail the long-awaited Joshua–Fury fight, which is allegedly in the works for 2026.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul participated in the customary face-off, with their physical disparity evident, it drove home just how surprising this whole event is - and how amazing it is that the bout is truly happening.
